Alberto Giacometti Inspired Art

We looked at sculptures by Alberto Giacometti, a Swiss sculptor and how he used real people to inspire his art. We created tin foil sculptures and on a sunny day, we traced the shadows that the sculptures made on card. Here are our beautiful pieces of art!

Happy Birthday Room 12!

To celebrate winning our last Ludo point, we decided to have a birthday party to celebrate all of our birthdays in one day. We baked, iced and decorated a delicious chocolate cake. We played party games and had yummy treats. We played Pass the Parcel, Pin The Tail On The Donkey and Musical Statues. 

What a day!! Great fun.
