We had a maths trail outside. Room 12 split up into groups and had to follow instructions to find answers to maths questions. It was really amusing! 

This is our maths stations work. It was hard work but very interesting.

This was our P.E. lesson this week. It was super fun! 

We practised throwing with beanbags, balls and balloons.

We wrote about our science experiments.

On Friday, we did a science experiment about clouds! 

We made clouds out of shaving foam and add coloured water to make rain. 

We found out that if clouds fill up with water, it rains!

We read "The Great Paper Caper" again today and we illustrated our own page from the book. 
We did stretches after our work to help our brains wake up!
One group constructed lovely buildings using Lego.

The Great Paper Airplane Competition

Room 12 had a competition to make paper airplanes and see how far they flew. 

We measured the flight in metres. It was our maths lesson but it was more like a game. 

We got the idea from our book "The Great Paper Caper" by Oliver Jeffers.
